What, When, Where & Why! 

A Bit About the Breath: 

Breathwork is a powerful tool that, when used consciously, can transform our physical, mental, and emotional states.

A cluttered mind often leads to anxiety, depression, and uncertainty, which can manifest in the body as tightness in the chest, headaches, irritability, and discomfort.

By using breathwork techniques to quiet the mind, we shift our brainwaves into a meditative healing state.

 

In this space, we connect with our intuition, feel grounded, and experience increased happiness, health, and energy.

Join us to Unite with your community, take a moment to breathe and unwind, and then get ready to cheer each other on as we dive into some optional ice baths! ​​​

What to Bring:

- Wear something comfy / cosy  
- Yoga mat or towel to lay on 
- Bathers for ice bath 
- Drink bottle 

When:

- Sunday 1st of June 

- Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled for a 9am start!
