Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.  No-show appointments are non-refundable.
