Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. No-show appointments are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
