By practicing breathwork techniques or registering for the Unity X Breathwork event, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older or have a caregiver present and in good general health.

Breathwork can lead to significant psychological and physiological changes, such as increased blood pressure and heart rate, altered blood flow to the brain, and activation of the sympathetic nervous system. We strongly recommend consulting with your medical professional or Unity X Breathwork before participating if you have any known medical contraindications. These may include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular conditions, recent injuries or surgeries, severe mental health issues, or any condition requiring medication that affects your clarity, physical function, or emotional health.
